Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If, within 30 days of receiving your item, you find yourself not entirely pleased with your purchase, you can initiate a return. Watches may only be tried on, but not worn. Wearing the watch leads to a loss in value for which the consumer may be held responsible.

Please note that refunds to the original payment method are available within the first 14 days, in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal. After this period, we offer a voluntary extended return window until day 30, during which returns will be issued as store credit. For orders placed outside the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. We therefore provide a voluntary 30-day return period for non-EU customers, and all refunds for such orders are issued exclusively as store credit.

1. 1) Introduction
   Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity:

   You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days of receiving your item without giving any reason, in accordance with your statutory right of withdrawal. In addition to this legal right, we offer a voluntary extended return period of up to thirty days from the date of receipt. Please note that refunds to the original payment method are available within the first 14 days; returns made between day 15 and day 30 will be issued as store credit. For orders placed outside the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. We therefore provide a voluntary 30-day return period for non-EU customers; all refunds for such orders are issued exclusively as store credit. Cancellations within 12 hours of purchase can be processed directly. After 12 hours, cancellation will only be possible by returning the item to us once received.

   Please note: Custom or engraved watches are considered final sale and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal. These items are made or personalized specifically for you and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
   

   The withdrawal period begins on the days you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) have taken or has taken possession of the last goods.
   
   To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Times & Treasure, Franzensgasse 11/1, 1050 Vienna, Austria, e-mail: support@timesandtreasure.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
   
   In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
   
   3) Consequences of the revocation
   If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the goods of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
   
   You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within seven days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of seven days.
   
   You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Any applicable import taxes and customs duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. In cases where import duties, customs charges, or other fees are incurred during the return process, these costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
   
   You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
